Dr. Charlotte Denning was appointed Interim Medical Center Director at the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System on May 2, 2022. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the facility’s $420 million annual budget and approximately 1,800 employees. Dr. Denning, who is also an Army Veteran, has vast experience in organizational management, process improvement, staff development and conflict resolution. She strives for excellence in healthcare using LEAN principles, evidence-based practice, and data analytics to improve safety and organizational practice. She is focused on development strategies engaging teams across all domains to increase healthcare for Veterans. Her long-standing and varied career within VHA demonstrates her talent in leading change and building solid professional coalitions with all stakeholders. .
As Chief Executive Director, she provides leadership and strategic guidance to this primary and secondary care center that covers 25 counties in Dallas Texas. With approximately 52,000 Veterans enrolled, the health care system currently operates 67 beds, including inpatient behavioral health and inpatient rehabilitation, and oversees outpatient clinics .
Dr. Denning, who is also an Army Veteran, has vast experience in organizational management, process improvement, staff development and conflict resolution. She strives for excellence in healthcare using LEAN principles, evidence-based practice, and data analytics to improve safety and organizational practice. She is focused on development strategies engaging teams across all domains to increase healthcare for Veterans. Her long-standing and varied career within VHA demonstrates her talent in leading change and building solid professional coalitions with all stakeholders.She earned her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Marion University in Indianapolis, Ind., and graduated with a master’s in Nursing from Anderson University in Anderson, Ind. She later obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Penn. Dr. Denning is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and other healthcare organizations. She is also a graduate of the VHA Healthcare Leadership Development Program. Dr. Anthony D is the Division Director of Patient Care Services / Nurse Executive at Eastern Texas VA Healthcare System.
Dr. Anthony D is a seasoned healthcare leader with over 15 years of nursing leadership and healthcare management. Through his previous roles, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of nursing services, patient care delivery, and clinical excellence within the organization. He has held various nursing leadership positions, starting from a staff nurse role and progressively advancing to managerial and executive roles. Dr. Campbell began his VA Career as a Nurse Manager.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Anthony D is the proud father of eight children ranging in age from 22 years old down to 4 years old. His father honorably served in the Navy as a Lt. (Chaplain) and was laid to rest in Hampton VA Cemetery. He is an avid weekend warrior and believes that physical wellness is key to helping balance the mental and emotional challenges that come with leadership positions.
Dr. Anthony D enjoys engaging in community events targeted at improving the lives of the underprivileged and underrepresented. He believes in giving back to the community and advocates for healthcare equity and access for underserved populations.

Mr. Gregory comes to Dallas Texas VA Healthcare System by way of VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System in Cleveland, Ohio.
There, he previously served as the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Deployment Lead. Initially starting as a student employee in 2009, he has held progressively higher managerial roles in clinical and administrative services at the third largest VA healthcare system. He has extensive experience in operations, performance improvement and organizational change. Mr. Gregory has a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University, is Prosci Change Management Certified, a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and, the American Hospital Association, and is a recent graduate of the Healthcare Leadership Development Program.

Ms. Bray was appointed as the Division Director of the Dalas Texas, in June 2022. In this role she is responsible for the administration of disability compensation and Veteran Readiness and Employment programs, in Texas, New Hampshire, and Vermont.
Prior to her appointment at the Boston Regional Office, Ms. Bray served as the Veterans Service Center Manager at the Hartford Regional Office, where she was responsible for the daily operations and oversight of the Veterans Service Center.
After receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree from Roger Williams University, Ms.Bray began her career with the Department of Veterans Affairs in 2009, at the Providence Regional Office as a Veterans Service Representative. During her tenure in Providence, Ms. Bray held progressively more responsible management positions including serving as a Rating Veterans Service Representative, Quality Review Specialist, Assistant Coach and Coach in both the Veterans Service Center and the Disability Rating Acting Site. She also was a Management Analyst with the Office of Field Operations. In this capacity she served as a liaison for multiple business lines and was responsible for the implementation of several large national transformation initiatives and projects.

Dr. Mary Suzanne Downing serves as the division Director of the Women's Health Sciences Division and Military veteran Division which focus on the special issues on military health and PTSD, and especially on effective treatments.
Dr. Mary Downing was appointed as the Division Director of the VA Healthcare Systems on July 18, 2017. Prior to this appointment, She started her government career with the Denali Commission, a small independent Federal agency, in 1992. The Associate Director is an integral member of the Executive Management team, Health Administration, Public Affairs and Voluntary Services, and Rural Health departments supporting health care services for 34,000 enrolled veterans throughout the state of Texas Dr. Mary downing has been conducted with survivors of interpersonal violence, veterans, law enforcement, and active duty Service members. Her clinical trials have been funded by the National Institutes of Health and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration

DR. Cathy Bayles is the Acting HR Director and the HR Director of the Dissemination and Training Division of the National Center for PTSD. She is also clinical psychologist specializing in psychosocial treatment of PTSD and she's an Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in the Stanford University School of Medicine. she leads two QUERI workgroups involved in promoting implementation of evidence-based care for Veterans with PTSD. Dr. Bayles primary research interest is improving access to high quality care for Veterans with posttraumatic stress. One aspect of her work is enhancing patient motivation for engaging in treatment. Another part of her work uses telemedicine technologies (telephone, video teleconferencing, internet, and smartphones) to expand reach of mental health services. A third area of his work is helping clinicians overcome barriers to implementing evidence-based practices.
